How long must I wait?
From the moment of the order, we collect the item from the warehouse in Japan and prepare it (1/2 working days) and the Japan-Italy journey (5/6 working days)
What should i do after i place my order?
Nothing, after you have placed your order, we will have your item shipped from Japan to Italy, to a warehouse in Rome and after it arrives, it will be shipped to you.
Why doesn't it come straight to me?
Because the Japan-Italy shipping costs about € 40/50 per 1kg. To save you money, we combine multiple orders and divide them once in Italy.
So how much do I pay?
You only pay for the Italian shipping, from the Italian warehouse to you!
What about customs and taxes?
You won't have to pay anything! By getting the packages to the warehouse first, you won't have any worries.
Then?
Once it arrives in the Italian warehouse, your order will be packed and shipped (1 working day). Here we will give you the tracking code.
What courier do you use in Italy?
We will ship via UPS which offers delivery in 24 / 48h, three delivery attempts, customer service and will keep you updated via sms and pro tracking code.
What guarantee do i have?
Purchased through the site you are covered by all the guarantees of the platform.
Can I cancel my order?
The order can be canceled, in the first 48 hours or after contacting us.
If I purchase multiple products, can I pay for one shipment only?
Absolutely yes, if you buy 2 or more products you will pay only for one shipment. The order will be shipped when all items are in Italy.

Niente, dopo che hai fatto l'ordine, noi faremo spedire il tuo articolo dal Giappone in Italia, in un magazzino di Roma e dopo che sarà arrivato, ti sarà spedito.
Perché non mi arriva direttamente a me?
Perché la spedizione Giappone-Italia costa circa 40/50€ per 1kg. Per farti risparmiare, noi uniamo più ordini e una volta in Italia li dividiamo.
Quindi quanto pago?
Tu paghi solo la spedizione italiana, dal magazzino italiano a te!
E le dogane e tasse?
Non dovrai pagare niente! Facendo arrivare i pacchi prima al magazzino, tu non avrai nessuna preoccupazione.
E poi?
Una volta arrivato nel magazzino italiano, il tuo ordine verrà imballato e spedito (1 giorno lavorativi). Qui ti daremo il codice di tracciamento.
Che corriere usate in Italia?
Spediremo tramite Crono Express che offre la consegna in 24/48h, tre tentativi di consegna, un servizio clienti e vi terrà aggiornato tramite sms e codice di tracciamento pro.
Che garanzia ho?
Acquistato tramite il sito sei coperto da tutte le garanzie della piattaforma.
Posso annullare l'ordine?
L'ordine è possibile annullarlo, nelle prime 48h o dopo averci contattato.
